Inexorable Demo is getting patched

A patch to fix the major bugs reported in the demo is coming at the end of July…

The first large project of Kalempirion Studios 13, titled “Inexorable”, has finally been added to Steam. The game is set to come out early 2025 on Steam, for PC.

The Demo for the game is now live on Steam. After having received some initial feedback from the players, a patch for the demo has been announced for the 31st of July 2024.

The patch will be providing fixes to the major bugs reported so far by the players :
– Restarting the game from the Train level (game didn’t load properly)

– Falling off the elevators in the Train level (players became stuck at this point of the demo)

– Fixing a shading issue that makes the outlines of items traverse static meshes

– Fixing some collisions (in some cases, players can see through certain walls if the camera is angled well enough)

– Removing some of the deprecated options in the options menu (such as “Subtitles”)

– Adding prompts for the keybinds used for pausing the game and jumping

– Interface add-on to display the currently active mode of the weapon

– Duration of dialogue text on screen is increased ; text in scrolls between levels will be simplified and duration will be increased for these as well

– Increased duration of text appearing on screen (scrolls at the beginning  of levels as well as general dialogue)

– Decreased size of overall interface (to increase immersion)

– General story modifications in the dialogue

If you spot any other bugs, feel free to report them via Twitter, e-mail, and soon via our new Discord channel (links will be posted here as well as on the steam page when it is up and running). This will be the last patch for the Demo, all other bugs and improvements will be taken into account for the full release of the game in early 2025.

Stay tuned for more info on the upcoming game!
